2007 USED “HAAS” VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER MODEL: VF-1D

TERMS and PAYMENT :

Unless otherwise noted on the front page hereof, payment shall be 10% as a down payment with order, balance 90% shall be made by the Purchaser to CALTEC no later than 48 hours prior to the machine removal. Payment shall be by bank wire transfer, certified or cashier’s check or Cash.

CONDITIONS :

Item(s) are sold “As Is, Where Is” unless other arrangements have been made and conveyed in writing. There are no warranties, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof; quotation subject to change without notice.

All agreements and/or contracts made by sales person are subject to approval.

SPECIFICATIONS & YEARS.

CALTEC provided machine specifications, equipment list and manufactured year of machines on the front pages which are CALTEC’s best knowledge..It is the purchaser’s  responsibility to inspect and confirm them prior to purchase.

CALTEC reserve the right to correct typographical errors on CALTEC’s documents.  

EQUIPMENT SAFETY :

It is the buyers / user’s responsibility to provide proper safety devices and equipment to safeguard persons from harm resulting from any particular use, operation or set-up, and adequately safeguard the equipment to conform to all Federal, state and Local Government Safety Standards and all Industrial Standards.

INDEMNIFICATION :

Buyer/User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller and Salesperson(s) from any and all claims or liabilities caused by or arising from the equipment on the face hereof.

It is the Purchasers responsibility to verify the machine(s) condition and specifications and to pay any and all applicable Taxes.
